Hotel Funivia - Courmayeur

The proximity to the Val Veny cable car, just less than 1 km away from the hotel, allowed us to easily explore the Courmayeur ski area. We enjoyed beautiful walks through the mountains with our furry companions, Snowball and Max, breathing in the fresh mountain air and taking in the stunning snowy landscapes. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The cozy living rooms with fireplaces created the perfect atmosphere to relax and spend quality time together as a family.

For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated outdoor play area for children.

The hotel's traditional decor and cozy ambiance made me feel right at home. I especially loved the warm and welcoming common areas, with comfortable seating and a crackling fireplace. The staff were attentive and considerate, always ready to assist this senior lady around the hotel. The hotel's layout was also senior-friendly, with easy access to all facilities and rooms.

Just one small request for improvement - it would have been helpful if the children working there could provide a bit more assistance for senior guests, such as carrying luggage or offering help with navigating the snowy pathways.

I always stay at a place that has taxi tips, cots, board games, and no smoking. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, bar, welcome drink, and ski equipment hire. Can't wait to come back for a holiday!

The staff at Hotel Funivia were helpful when our car got stuck in the snow. They were really good too assist us, even shuttling us to and from a suitable parking lot. The hotel itself was cozy and warm, with clean rooms and amazing views. We also loved the various hangout spots for relaxation after a day of skiing. We will definitely be returning to this really good hotel. highly recommended!

A cozy hotel with friendly staff and great views. Perfect for apres-ski relaxation. Definitely coming back! Cons: Hilariously terrible guest-discounted pizza- a tourist trap. Avoid it, unless you enjoy shredded carrot and fake tuna. I'm not a fan of apologies apparently.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel made us feel right at home. The breathtaking views and clean rooms were a delightful bonus. Would definitely return!

Exceptional stay and friendly staff! the hotel provided amazing views and cozy rooms. the location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance. the breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options. the hotel even had a sauna for relaxation. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful holiday experience.
